Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
Enforced from 23 January 2023, these regulations mandate ongoing checks on firefighting equipment, lifts, and fire doors, with data stored and shared with local fire and rescue services.
How We Can Help
Our tailored services support responsible persons in maintaining compliance, reducing administrative strain, and ensuring safety requirements are met.
Secure Information Box
- We assess and compile essential fire safety documentation.
- Missing information is identified and addressed.
- A digital record is shared with the local fire and rescue service.
- Secure information boxes are supplied and installed in suitable locations.
Lifts & Firefighting Equipment
- We provide structured monthly reporting on the operation of firefighting lifts, wet/dry risers, and other equipment.
- Findings are shared with both the local fire service and residents.
External Wall Systems Compliance
- Our certified fire engineers conduct Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) in line with PAS 9980:2022.
- Any mitigation measures are detailed and recommended separately.
Wayfinding Signage & Fire Doors
- Surveys of existing fire signage, fire doors, and fire strategies.
- Implementation of regular inspections and maintenance.
- Reports provided to the fire service and residents.
Note: Services will vary depending on building height, complexity, and available fire safety documentation.
