Lead Consultancy Services

With extensive experience in project management, we ensure remedial works result in compliant, safe, and future-proofed buildings. Our approach follows the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work, ensuring structured and efficient project execution. As lead consultants, we act in our clients’ best interests—both pre- and post-contract—to ensure contractor compliance with design specifications and adherence to the highest standards of workmanship.

3D Laser Scanning for Accurate Building Plans

Accurate as-built drawings are essential for the concept and technical design phases of remediation projects. Where these drawings are unavailable, we utilise advanced 3D laser scanning techniques to create precise external elevation and internal floor plan drawings. These scans provide accurate digital representations, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 as part of the ‘Golden Thread of Information.’ The resulting CAD drawings allow seamless collaboration between leaseholders, contractors, and other stakeholders, reducing measurement discrepancies and improving project accuracy.

Standalone Clerk of Works Services

In addition to our Lead Consultancy package, we offer Clerk of Works services as a standalone option for internal and external remediation projects. Our experienced team conducts weekly site visits, reviewing contractor progress, photographic evidence, and digital inspection reports. We generate snagging lists to ensure high-quality workmanship, monitor design compliance, and provide final handover reports.

Our lead Clerk of Works, Nigel Dyer, brings decades of construction expertise and currently serves as Secretary for the southern chapter of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI).

Cladding Safety Scheme – Applicant’s Representative

Navigating the Cladding Safety Scheme can be complex, but we simplify the process by acting as the Applicant’s Representative. Our team handles the entire administration and submission process, liaising with Homes England, the Greater London Authority (GLA), and the Building Safety Regulator. We manage resident engagement, portal uploads, and all communication with regulatory bodies, ensuring efficient decision-making and a streamlined process.
